SNIPES as one of the largest sneaker and streetwear retailers in Europe has always been focused on shaping and driving the streetwear culture. Having already launched branded product partnerships with popular figures like Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg and Rick Ross (and many more), SNIPES has given consumers inspiration and a voice on its best-in-class social media outlets. Now with over 100 stores across the Mid Atlantic and Midwest, we are thrilled to continue expanding the SNIPES brand across the USA.

An angry customer called NIKOL P. from, Queens, NY,  shared his bad experience at a Snipes store in a review posted by YELP: “This place is so racist!!! And discriminates against black and gay people, the worst place to shop they sell counterfeit shoes under Jordan, and Nike sings! Stephanie the manager was very unprofessional and very insulting. she didn't want to exchange, return nor give me a store credit for these counterfeit shoes. After that, she told me in my face " stop being a faggot." Just wanted to get my shoes and leave in a good tone definitely will not be back and I don't recommend anyone going there! Extremely disrespectful and uncalled for comment and gay-bashing”

"A sido una experiencia nefasta, en la que no hay compañerismo, sufres desprecios, burlas, malos gestos, etc. No te valoran como persona ni trabajador, van a su interés. Te obligan hacer mil horas mas de las que tienes en tu contrato sin contar con el trabajador ni su vida personal. "Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich nichts schlimmerers erlebt habe als hier. Die Lagermitarbeiter werden wirklich sehr schlecht behandelt, sehr schlecht bezahlt. Es kippen bei Hitze Leute im Lager um und kotzen...was sagt der Chef: Joah dann müssen die halt mehr trinken. Jap ganz tolle Leistung. Keine Klimaanlage keine Luftzirkulation im lager keine funktionierende Lüftung. Merkt ihr was? Personalabteilung ist nicht besser. Es gehen Verträge verloren und es wird gesagt, dass diese Verträge nie unterschrieben worden sind, dabei sind die Verträge per Mail und per Post rausgegangen. Plus im System hinterlegt. Trotzdem wird behauptet es gäbe keinen Vertrag. Mobbing ohne Ende in allen Abteilungen. Es wird ständig gedroht mit Abmahnungen egal in welchem Bereich. Dauerhafter Druck von der obersten Geschäftsführung, dadurch dauerhafter Druck an die untere Geschäftsführung, Druck an die Gruppenleiter und somit extremer Druck an Mitarbeiter (egal ob im Lager oder in anderen Abteilungen). Leere Versprechen, ständig Abmahnungen die nicht mal rechtlich in Ordnung sind. Snipes wird oft genug von der BG ermahnt aber es bringt nix. Snipes zahlt lieber Strafen anstatt sich anständig um die Mitarbeiter zu kümmern, denn das kostet ja mehr. Könnte so wie andere auch noch ewig darüber schreiben aber ich denke es ist vorerst genug gesagt. Cons: Menschlichkeit = 0"

"Die Filialleiter sind katastrophal, sie reden sehr herablassend mit ihren Mitarbeitern, sind nicht ansatzweise dankbar für die geleistete Arbeit, Teilzeitkräfte werden kaum ernst genommen, schlechte Bezahlung (knapp über dem Mindestlohn), kein Vertrauen den Mitarbeitern gegenüber (Ärzte werden angerufen und es wird gefragt, ob man wirklich krank sei), man erwartet, dass man als Teilzeitkraft allzeit bereit ist für Snipes zu arbeiten, Aufbauarbeiten (Saleaufbau) an Samstagen werden ohne Rücksprache mit den Mitarbeitern geplant, dass heißt wenn du Samstagabend was vor hast, hast du Pech gehabt und musst erst bis 23-00 Uhr beim Aufbau helfen. Generell herrschen sehr viele unfaire Arbeitsverhältnisse. Man kann sich nicht immer Urlaub nehmen, weil gefühlt jedes Datum zu den Sperrzeiten gehört und demnach vom Urlaub ausgeschlossen ist und und und... Es wird einem gesagt, dass man sich doch glücklich schätzen soll, dass man dort arbeiten darf, weil es anderswo schlimmer wäre, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es überall deutlich besser, sowohl was Vergütung angeht als auch der Umgang untereinander. Meiner Meinung nach muss Snipes als Arbeitgeber noch stark an sich arbeiten! Ich kann niemandem empfehlen dort zu arbeiten!!! Cons: keine Zusatzleistung (kein Weihnachts- oder Urlaubsgeld)"

"Do NOT order from this company! I didn't read the reviews before doing so, and I am paying for it! They sent the wrong size then after trying to call them 3 times plus 2 emails sent, I finally got a person on the phone who said they would overnight the new ones, and I could return the wrong sized ones. 12 days later I still don't have the shoes, AND they tell me that they can't send the new ones. I have to return the ones they sent which were not the ones I ordered, and then I have to reorder the right size. WHAT?! They sent the wrong ones! This isn't my issue. "They have a store in queens, Steinway street, horrible, disrespectful 20yr olds in there. On aug. 24th, we wore a mask before entering, as nyc law, and they told us “gloves are right by the door or you can use sanitizer at the wall”. We politely asked “we cant shop unless we do either?”. With attitude the girl said “yup”. we said “that’s ridiculous and not the law”. She didn’t even ask if there was a medical reason we didn’t want either. (For viewers knowledge, we can’t wear glove or use hand sanitizer because we both have sensitive skin on our hands and using either will give us a bad reaction.) They got real nasty as we walked out and were disrespectful. My husband said “it’s unprofessional to talk about people as there leaving”. The females started yelling at us to leave and one of the employees, Male name Justin, was yelling at us from a distance saying “get out.” His body language was in a sense of fighting. I told my husband let’s go since we don’t fight with children and it’s not worth it to get upset. If I could give this store no stars I would. They lost good business that day and didn’t even know it."

"I ordered leggings over a week ago and they never shipped. I got in contact with them after 2 or 3 days of emails asking when they would be shipped. I looked online and it said the only 2 reasons your order will be cancelled was because have insufficient funds or your order was out of stock which neither apply in my situation.
